The simple answer is, at the very least, you will save half of what you would normally pay if you were to list your property full service. This service removes the listing side of the transaction. When you hire a traditional listing broker to sell your home you will most likely be charged approximately 5% or even 6% of the selling price of your home. The listing broker usually splits this percentage with the Buyer’s Agent for introducing the buyer to the property and procuring the deal.

In order to get the Buyer Agent to introduce you to one of their Buyer’s, you will need to entice them. The best way to motivate a real estate agent is to wave commission percentages in their face. If your Buyer is not represented by a real estate agent you do not have to pay a commission. We never take a commission, just a flat fee for the services we provide. By working with us for a flat fee you will save thousands of dollars.
